My experience at Motor Finance Store could have been better because.

We just bought new car from this company with HP finance.
Car was really good, and nice condition.
Staff helpfull, until u have problem with the car.
We went to Manchester collect our new car, all went smoothly.
Next day we just noticed some of little problem with the car, and straight sent message to my account assistant Lewis, and he said manager call me back shorthly, but we have no phone call since a week now.
All customer really nice till the car paid and collected, then i am not able to claim my warranty?
Not really recommend to my friends.

My experience at Motor Finance Store could have been better because bought car via video appointment hardly any contact at all from sale to delivery once we got the car on Monday the car will not start tried to contact to be told now closed as off Wednesday not reopening so basically tuff I now have to spend out on fixing a car that won’t start I have had for 2 days after paying the £179 admin fee which was meant to cover a check over of the car absolutely thieves DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY if they do reopen be warned

My experience at Motor Finance Store could have been better because I already knew which vehicle I wanted so there wasn't much for the salesman to do. Although he couldn't really answer my questions with regards to previous history with the car. There was no manual and I was told to you tube anything I may need to know.
There was a problem with the seats upon collection, nothing was offered to rectify this although in fairness I just wanted to take my car and go.

Motor Finance Store staff were good because the process was slick, quick and efficient - great value
